About Dr. Carol Breiling
My Story
I am a native New Yorker, born and raised there (and yes, I still have my NY accent). I am a 2-time Veteran, having served in the US Navy and Air Force with a 16-year break-in-service in between both enlistments. I have since retired-out of the Air Force in 2014.
In between my two enlistments with the military, I was married, had three daughters, was divorced, learned the hard way how to effectively co-parent our children. I was desperate to learn why I did the things I did, and why others did the things they do - and then I could not stop learning. I completed my Bachelor's degree in 2012, my Masters' Degree in 2014 and my Doctorate Degree in 2020 - All from the field of Clinical Psychology.
I specialize in Relationships, Addiction, Substance Use Disorder, Grief and Loss, Spirituality, Life after Life, I'm an End-of-Life Doula, and take a holistic approach to healing emotional wounds and just love getting client's "unstuck" from their situation. No one is too old or too young for me to work with them. I hope to hear from you soon.
